(A) Off-road vehicles shall not be operated within 300 feet of a business or residential area when operated off the owner of the vehicle's property.
(B) Off-road vehicles shall not be operated within 300 feet of any school, church, medical facility, rest home, or other facility operated publicly or privately for treatment or housing of the elderly, handicapped, mentally disturbed, or other like facilities, while in active session or when the operation of the vehicle is detrimental to the health or well-being of persons at the above listed areas.
