§ 72.16 PERMISSION REQUIRED TO OPERATE ON PROPERTY OTHER THAN OWN.
   Any person desiring to operate an off-road vehicle on property other than that owned by the vehicle operator must have written permission of the current property owner prior to operation of off-road vehicles on that property. The operator must have permission on file with the town or on his person.
