§ 72.15 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OFF-ROAD VEHICLE or DIRT BIKE. Any vehicle that does not require the operator to be a duly licensed operator and is commonly known as an off- road vehicle, a dirt bike, or a three-wheeler.
