§ 70.05 EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   The motor vehicle tax is waived for individuals serving on the Clayton Volunteer Fire Department and the Clayton Area Rescue Squad (limit of two vehicles per member).
   (B)   The motor vehicles tax is waived for individuals owning motor vehicles over 50 years old.
