§ 70.01 VEHICLES TO BE REGISTERED.
   Every resident of the town shall list annually with the Johnson County Tax Collector each vehicle registered or owned by him or her. Each vehicle listed shall be subject to an annual license tax as authorized by G.S.160A-213 and G.S. 20-97.
