§ 116.01 ALCOHOL SALES ON SUNDAY.
   Pursuant to the authority granted by S.L. 2017-87, an establishment located in the town which holds an ABC permit issued under G.S. 18B-1001 is permitted to sell beverages allowed by its permit on Sundays beginning at 10:00 a.m.
