The Fire Department Advisory Board shall assist the Fire Chief with annual budget planning and assist with Short and Long-term Capital Improvements Planning. In addition, the Fire Department Advisory Board will insure that communication between the Fire Chief and the membership remains open and productive, and that concerns of the members are presented in an honest, fair and unbiased manner. The Fire Department Advisory Board will report to the Town Council quarterly on activities, recommendations, and/or issues of concern.
