(A) Officers. The election of officers for the ensuing year, a Chairperson and Vice- Chairperson, shall take place at the regular meeting in January of each year. A nominating committee of three members shall be appointed by the Chairperson at the December meeting (or before), to bring into the January meeting nominees for these offices.
(B) Date of office. The new officers shall take office at the regular February meeting each year.
(C) Duties.
(1) Chairperson. It shall be the duty of the Chairperson to preside at all meetings and to sign official papers.
(2) Vice-Chairperson. The Vice-Chair-person shall perform duties of the Chairperson in the absence of the latter.
