Sec. 4.5 TOWN FINANCE OFFICER.
   The Town Manager shall appoint a Finance Officer to perform the duties required by law or as the Council may direct, or the Council may at its election confer the duties of Finance Officer on the Town Manager as Budget Officer. The Finance Officer may be entitled "Accountant," "Treasurer," "Finance Director," "Finance Officer" or any other reasonably descriptive title.
