(A) Should any town personnel detect an electric meter or service which has been tampered with, the appropriate charge, as set forth in the Town of Clayton Comprehensive List of Fees and Charges, will be added to the customer's account in addition to any use, reconnection, repair or other applicable fees.
(B) Should any town personnel detect a water meter or service which has been tampered with, the appropriate charge, as set forth in the Town of Clayton Comprehensive List of Fees and Charges, will be added to the customer's account in addition to any use, reconnection, repair or other applicable fees.
