§ 153.030 FILING OF ORDINANCES.
   An ordinance adopted by the Town Council pursuant to §§ 153.022(D) or 153.025 shall be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Johnston County and shall be indexed in the name of the property owner in the grantor index, as provided by G.S. § 160A-439(f) and (g).
