No person, firm or corporation shall park or store or permit to be parked or stored upon any public roadway or public right-of-way located within the Charter Township of Clayton any vehicle, including any conveyance, boat, aircraft, trailer and/or similar equipment of any kind between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on any day of the week, unless otherwise issued a permit by the township and/or any other regulatory agency.
