§ 51.20  PRIVATE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTS.
   If a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of §§ 51.10 through 51.14, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with all requirements of the County Health Department.
