§ 50.36  GENERAL PROHIBITION OF WATER USE DURING EMERGENCY.
   (A)   During a water supply emergency it shall be unlawful for any person to utilize water from the township water supply system for any type of outside use other than responding to a fire emergency.  The prohibition upon the outside use of water shall remain in effect 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, until the water supply emergency is declared ended by the Township Supervisor. 
   (B)   The outside use of water shall include but not be limited to garden and lawn watering, cleaning of walkways, sidewalks and streets, washing motor vehicles, filling of swimming pools and other recreational activities involving the use of water.
