§ 50.23  SUPERVISION AND CONTROL.
   The operation, maintenance and management of the County Water Supply System in the township shall be under the immediate supervision and control of the county, as agent for the township, and the county as the agent, acting through its duly designated agency shall collect the connection fee or availability fee payable pursuant hereto.
