Any person, partnership, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of Title XV, Chapter 151, Land Division, shall be deemed responsible for a civil municipal infraction subject to the terms and penalties set forth in §§ 150.65 through 150.72.
