§ 50.05  ASSIGNMENT OF UNITS.
   The number of units to be assigned to any particular premises used for any purpose or purposes shall be determined on the basis of the Table of Unit Factors, attached to Ord. 402 as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference as part of this chapter.  If the circumstances justify, more than 1 unit may be assigned to a single-family dwelling.  No less than 1 unit shall be assigned to each premises, but units in excess of 1 may be computed and assigned to the nearest whole unit.  If subsequent changes in intensity or type of  use or premises should  increase or decrease, the unit classification, the number of units assigned to the premises, may be increased or decreased.  No change in subsequent use of any premises shall result in a decrease of unit assignment to less than 1.
