2-6-12: STATE CONTRACT:
Any owner or operator hauling bituminous material or concrete under a contract with the state of Minnesota or any political subdivision thereof, is exempt from the provisions in section 2-6-10 of this chapter. (Ord. 2001-1, 3-27-2001)
