2-1-7: UNENUMERATED DUTIES:
This chapter shall be liberally construed. The enumeration of duties in section 2-1-6 of this chapter is not intended to divest the planning commission of any other duties or powers now imposed or authorized by law. (1996 Code § 2.04.090)
