(A) It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to scavenge, rummage, search through, or take any waste materials from a collection site, or placed or set out for collection along the streets, curbs, and gutters for collection by the town or anyone contracted by the town to collect trash and garbage for the town.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to scavenge, rummage, search through, or take any item(s) from collection bins or sites maintained by charitable organizations.
