(A) The 2019 Edition of the Employee Handbook is adopted by the Town Council. The Handbook initially adopted herein shall be in loose-leaf form and shall be supplemented as needed from time to time when new federal, state or local laws, regulations, ordinances or contracts become effective which affect personnel policies for town employees.
(B) For future reference one unsupplemented copy of the 2019 Edition of the Employee Handbook shall be maintained on file in the office of the Human Resources Director.
(C) This section does not preclude the future issuance of individual department manuals containing policies specific to a single department of the town and all provisions of this section relating to the policy manual relating to all departments of the town referred to as the 2019 Edition shall relate also to any individual department manuals issued in the future.
