The authorization for the non-reverting fund established by this subchapter shall expire when security/damage deposit fees are no longer required for any reason in connection with the rental of Parks Department buildings or facilities or upon the adoption of a subsequent ordinance revoking the provisions this subchapter, and any monies in the account which cannot be refunded to the person who made the deposit shall be transferred into the town's Parks and Recreation General Fund.
