§ 36.240 CREATED.
   (A)   There is hereby created a fund of the town entitled the "Parks Non-reverting Security/Damage Deposit Fund."
   (B)   The monies received from persons proposing to rent the buildings or facilities of the Parks and Recreation Department which require a security/damage deposit shall be deposited into this Parks Non-reverting Security/Damage Deposit Fund.
