(A) Pursuant to IC 5-14-3-3, any person, firm or corporation directing a request to any agency within the Town of Clarksville shall be charged $0.10 per page for copies that are not color copies and $0.25 per page for color copies for each page copied in fulfilling the request. This fee shall not include electronic maps of the Planning Department. Any person, firm or corporation directing a request to the Planning Department for an electronic map shall be charged $1 for each copy of an 11 x 17 inch black and white map; $2 for each copy of an 11 x 17 inch color map; and $3.33 per square foot for maps from the large scale printer.
(B) A person, firm, or corporation requesting a copy of a law enforcement recording (as defined by the Access to Public Records Act) shall be charged $82.50 per recording.
(C) A person, firm, or corporation requesting the Clarksville Police Department to fingerprint a person for other than law enforcement purposes shall be charged a fee of $20 per fingerprinting service.
