(A) The monies deposited in the special fund may be used for all reasonable and necessary expenditures incurred in providing probation services for adult defendants adjudicated to probation in the Town Court, and thereafter for other court services as may be allowed by statute.
(B) The Town Court is hereby required to use the special fund to the extent and manner allowed by law.
(C) The authorization for the special fund shall expire when a subsequent ordinance so provides, and any funds remaining in the fund shall be transferred to the town's General Fund.
