(A) A special fund is hereby created and identified as the "Local Supplemental Adult Probation Services Fund."
(1) All monies collected by the Probation Department of the Town Court shall be transferred to the town's fiscal officer.
(2) Upon their receipt, the fiscal officer shall deposit these monies into the fund set forth above.
(B) The Town Council shall appropriate money from the fund to the Town Court:
(1) For its use in providing adult probation services; or
(2) For other purposes.
