§ 36.166 INDIANA BUSINESS PREFERENCE.
   Qualification. An offeror is an Indiana business if it is incorporated in the state or registered as a domestic corporation or limited liability company with the Indiana Secretary of State, owned by an Indiana resident or residents, and has its principal place of business and corporate headquarters in the state.
