The Town Council further approves the assessment of $1 per employee per plan year, to be determined by the Town Council as a contribution from the employees for the cost of claims and administration of the health insurance and wellness plan. All monies collected from employees under this section shall be deposited in the Special Non-reverting Health Insurance and Wellness Fund.
