§ 155.064 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TOWN.
   (A)   Administer and enforce this chapter.
   (B)   Develop and administer a process for certifying qualified professionals.
   (C)   Maintain a list of certified qualified professionals.
   (D)   Require corrective actions where there is evidence of a system failure.
   (E)   Establish criteria for the inspections and the certification of qualified professionals and make such criteria and related forms available to the public.
