§ 36.061 USE OF FUNDS.
   The money placed in the special fund may be expended without appropriation for the payment of fees or assessments for membership in the County Economic Development Commission for the payment of legal fees and costs incurred on behalf of the Town Economic Development Commission, and other economic development.
