§ 155.049 SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS.

Submittal for a stormwater quality management permit application must include a Notice of Intent letter with proof of publication of a public notice, construction plans, a stormwater pollution prevention plan and any other necessary information or documentation requested by the town.
