It will be the responsibility of the project site owner to ensure compliance with this chapter and implementation of the SWPPP during the construction activity, and to notify the town of project termination via a Notice of Termination (NOT) letter upon completion and stabilization of the site. However, all persons engaging in construction and land disturbing activities on a permitted project site must comply with the requirements of this chapter.
