§ 155.047 APPLICATION RESPONSIBILITY OF PROJECT SITE OWNER.
   It will be the responsibility of the project site owner to complete a stormwater permit application and to ensure that a sufficient construction plan, including a stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), is completed and submitted to the Town Engineer, or his or her designee, in accordance with this chapter.
