§ 155.045 PERMIT REQUIRED.

The town requires that all development or redevelopment activities that result in the disturbance of one or more acres of land, including land disturbing activities on individual lots of less than one acre as part of a larger common plan of development or sale, to obtain a stormwater quality management permit.
