§ 155.031 ISSUANCE PRIOR TO STORMWATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT PERMIT.

   A perimeter/outfall protection permit is a predecessor to a stormwater quality management permit. While plans for both permits may be approved simultaneously, the provisions of a perimeter/outfall protection permit must be implemented, inspected and accepted by the town prior to issuance of a stormwater quality management permit.
