§ 155.030 PERMIT REQUIRED.
A perimeter/outfall protection permit must be issued prior to breaking ground or disturbing soil in order to install sediment control practices at the hydrologic perimeter/outfall(s) of a construction site. The permit does not give permission to the permit holder to break ground or disturb soil on the entire construction site, as is granted through the approval and issuance of a stormwater quality management permit.
   (A)   Work authorized by a permit shall not be commenced until the permit holder or his or her agent shall have posted the permit card in a conspicuous place on the front of the premises.
   (B)   The permit card shall be protected from the weather and be placed to allow easy access for recording entries. The permit card shall be of the size 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches and printed on orange paper as issued by the town.
   (C)   The permit card shall remain posted by the permit holder until the use and occupancy has been issued by the town.
