§ 130.05 DAMAGING LEVEES UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to damage, destroy, desecrate, or in any manner vandalize any floodwall, earth levee, floodwall sign, gate, fence, pumping plant, right-of-way, or any other item which is under the control of the Jeffersonville Flood Control District.
