(A) A first violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of $2,500. A second or subsequent violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of $7,500. For violations of this chapter that are continuous with respect to time, each day that the violation continues is a separate violation. For violations of this chapter that are not continuous with respect lo time, each instance is a separate violation.
(B) Nothing in this section, and no action taken hereunder, shall preclude such proceedings or remedies as may be authorized by other provisions of this chapter, or any of the laws in force in the town.
