(A) (1) The driver of a vehicle meeting or overtaking, from either direction, an ice cream truckstopped on the street shall stop no less than 25 feet from its front or the rear, when the flashing lights and stop signal arm described in § 116.04 are in use.
(2) After stopping, a driver may proceed past the truck at a reasonable and prudent speed, not exceeding 15 m.p.h., and shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian crossing the roadway to or from the ice cream truck.
(B) On a street with roadways separated by a divider, the driver of a vehicle meeting or passing an ice cream truck on the parallel roadway does not need to stop.
