It shall be the duty of the Insurance Review Committee to:
(A) Review all insurance coverage for all departments of the town; and
(B) Make recommendations concerning insurance coverage, premiums, charges, insurance agent(s) of record concerning coverage, and insurance companies to provide the policies of insurance.
(C) Meet whenever necessary to accomplish purposes of the Insurance Review Committee as set forth herein.
