In the event a Taxicab Business Operator has obtained a valid Taxicab Business Operator's license (with a decal or a plate as evidence thereof) from either the City of Jeffersonville or the City of New Albany, then the Town of Clarksville and its agencies shall recognize such and grant full reciprocity for the Taxicab Business Operator's license and decal or plate displayed as evidence of a valid license. The holder of a valid taxicab Business Operator License from Jeffersonville or New Albany is exempt from the business licensing provisions of this chapter.
