§ 33.60 INSURANCE REVIEW COMMITTEE.
   There is established an Insurance Review Committee to serve without compensation, which Insurance Review Committee shall consist of seven members as follows:
   (A)   Two members shall be from the Town Council and shall be appointed by the Town Council.
   (B)   Two members shall be from the private sector and shall also be appointed by the Town Council.
   (C)   One member shall be appointed by the police union.
   (D)   One member shall be appointed by the firefighters’ union.
   (E)   One member shall be the Director of Human Resources.
   (F)   The Town Manager shall serve as the chair of the Committee in an advisory capacity only and shall have no vote.
   (G)   The town’s Employee Benefits Coordinator shall serve in an advisory capacity only and shall have no vote.
