§ 112.15 APPLICATION; FEE.

(A) Any person desiring to obtain a license to operate a massage establishment or to perform massage services shall make application to the Clerk-Treasurer, who shall refer all such applications to the Chief of Police for an appropriate investigation.

(B) Each application shall be accompanied by a license fee of $100.
