§ 111.03 ELECTRICAL LICENSE; APPLICATION; QUALIFICATIONS.
   (A)   Application for electrical contractor’s license shall be made on the form prescribed by the Building Commissioner and shall be accompanied by the license fee required by this chapter.
   (B)   Applicants for an electrical contractor’s license shall provide:
      (1)   Evidence of the successful taking of a nationally recognized electrical examination;
      (2)   A valid, unexpired electrical contractor’s license issued by another unit of local government within the State of Indiana; or
      (3)   A valid, unexpired state-issued electrical contractor’s license issued by a state which has adopted an edition of all international codes relevant to electrical work which is equivalent to or more recent than the current edition adopted by reference in the Articles of Title 675 of the Indiana Administrative Code (IAC) as adopted in Chapter 150 of the Clarksville Municipal Code.
   (C)   Applicants for an electrical contractor’s license shall also provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
   (D)   An electrical contractor’s license issued by another unit of local government within the State of Indiana or a state-issued electrical contractor’s license shall only be accepted for purposes of this section if the license is active and in good standing.
