§ 33.31 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The membership of the Plan Commission shall be as provided by IC 36-7-4-207(b), and shall be composed of:
      (1)   Three official members; and
      (2)   Four citizen members.
   (B)   The three official members shall be appointed by the Town Council, and shall all be persons in the town government. Terms of these members shall coincide with their terms of office or appointment.
   (C)   The four citizen members, none of whom shall hold an office in the town government, shall be appointed by the President of the Town Council. Not more than two of the citizen members shall be of the same political party.
