§ 98.99 PENALTY.

Violations of the provisions of §§ 98.01 through 98.05 are declared a public nuisance. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 98.01 through 98.05 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500 for each violation. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate violation.
