§ 98.02 INSPECTIONS.
   It shall be the duty of the Office of the Building Commissioner of the town to make a careful inspec-tion, upon request, of any lots, grounds, and/or tracts of land situated within the corporate limits of the town for the purpose of determining whether there is a violation of this subchapter.
