§ 95.02 MAINTENANCE BOND.

All builders and/or developers shall, upon dedication of any street or roadway to the town, tender to the Town Council a maintenance bond covering any and all maintenance costs for the dedicated street and/or roadway for a period of one year from the date of dedication. The dollar amount of the bond shall be determined by the Town Council after consultation with the Town Engineer.
