§ 93.34 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Fire Prevention Bureau of the town division of Fire shall be primarily responsible for the enforcement of this subchapter.
   (B)   The Building Inspector shall assist the Fire Prevention Bureau by making referrals to the bureau as part of its regular inspection and enforcement of all town building and safety codes.
   (C)   These enforcement agencies shall in their discretion exercise their right to enter properties regulated by this code which right is granted in IC 36-1-6-2.
