§ 32.40 ESTABLISHED.

There is established an alcohol information program in the town to be operated by the Town Judge through the auspices of the Town Court. This program will be available to Town Court defendants in alcohol and drug related causes, on a voluntary basis. Its purpose is to educate and inform persons on the medical and legal aspects of the consumption and use of alcohol and/or drugs.
